Strength 2, is the one I sell at the markets, with more Lion's mane, turkey tail, reishi mushroom and chaga to improve your immunity on a deeper level, and support your brain health, still holding the cacao flavours.
Strength 3, is all mushrooms, concrete for fighting growths, perfect for using with other treatments.
for Strength 1 you will need a heaped teaspoon per mug, for Strength 2, you need a flat teaspoon per mug

FORGET ME NOT MEMORY / CENTRAL NERVOUS SYSTEM POWDER BLEND I have always been terrified of losing my memory or the capability to function daily. This was the inspiration for this blend. Forget me not, will not be stored in shops, you can only get it online or at the markets. Full of brain tonics, adaptogens, herbs that help to cope and a mild cacao/cinnamon flavour, Forget Me Not, is my answer to brain fog, memory loss and the ability to keep putting one foot in front of the other. I use known herbs and mushrooms such as Lion's Mane, ashwagandha, Siberian ginseng, and Schisandra, but also a lot less known herbs that are specific to feed our central nervous system.
PICK ME UP Matcha / yerba Mate / mushroom mix This blend is at the moment, my favourite powder, I can't get enough of it, it is tasty, nutritious, and fantastic on the go as a cold latte or in the morning instead of coffee.
PICK ME UP is instant energy and focus, I blend high-quality matcha, organic yerba mate, super greens, Lion's mane, cordiceps and Rhodiola all in one drink and best of all, the flavour is mildly citrusy.

I use a shaker ball when I am "on the go" and a frother when at home.
HAKUNA MATATA - HAVE NO WORRIES - This is our RED CHAI, I mixed with all my favourite spices, Rooibos, orange peels and cocoa nibs, giving it a slight toffee note. naturally caffeine free perfect before bedtime, with or without milk. All my Rooibos mixes are Kiddies friendly as they are naturally sweet with zero sugar!
Hakuna Matata, is for me an Autumn / winter blend, as it is warming and hugging. I prefer it without milk, but milk can be added any time. No sugar needed.
